Dear Creator,

First of all, thank you for creating something for me.

Here you can find my general likes and a more detailed info about my DNWs. But if nothing catches your fancy, or you have a fic/art idea of your heart, create whatever you want if it doesn't go against my DNW. I'm pretty easy to please! I just want more content for my ships!

(Note: I have this general letter for every exchange, and I realize not every trope works with shorter fics, and I don't expect anything longer than the requirement for the exchange. But I'm not saying no to anything longer. I have no word count preference.)

General Trope Likes: casefic ● slow burn ● hurt/comfort ● angst ● hanahaki disease ● wound cleaning/treating ● food as a metaphor for love● injury recovery ● whump ● psychological torture ● mental breakdown ● horror stories - even non-horror fandoms written as horror ● body horror ● broken bones ● eye trauma ● feelings realization ● getting together/first kiss ● mind control ● epistolary fic ● nightmares ● truth spell/serum ● fairy tale retellings, fairy tale motifs ● mind games ● identity porn ● trapped together ● handcuffed/bound together ● chosen/found family ● deal with the devil ● mistaken for couple ● undercover as a couple ● forced bed-sharing ● falling asleep against someone’s shoulder ● huddling for warmth ● mutual pining● love spells, curses ● Groundhog day AU/time loop ● holidays (Christmas, birthdays, Valentine's Day)

General Notes

● I'm more into get-together/feelings realization fics for my non-canon ships, for the canon ships (Garrus/Shepard, Thane/Shepard) you can go with established relationship. (You can go established relationship anyway, of course, especially for shorter exchange minimums I totally get it, and it's not a hard DNW, so don't feel restricted by this like.)

● Darker fics: if you've ever wanted to write a deconstruction or a darker and edgier version of canon, or exploring the darker implications of some world-building, or go deeper into a character's past trauma that canon glosses over, here is your chance! I like to see my canons's darker side! Anything dealing with gray morality is also great.

● Lighter fics: I like mutual pining, slow burn, bickering & bantering, trope-y ship fic, something on the lighter side of hurt/comfort, with lots of comfort is also great.

● Hurt/comfort and whump: I'm okay with any kind of injury: stab wounds, gunshot wounds, burns, broken bones, eye trauma, any permanent damage (including loss of limbs and vision), for sickfic I'm okay with vomiting. I love to see my faves being hurt, beaten and bloody! Be it the most bloody torture or just a little cold, if A is hurt and in the meanwhile has to deal with their feelings for B, while being taken care of by them, I'm so there! I'm also into emotional h/c, so if you wanna go with that, I'm happy with just about anything, for example dealing with trauma (I'm pretty sure every character I requested has some) or grief.

● Hanahaki: I enjoy hanahaki body horror (so you can go wild and explicit with blood and gore on this one), I like it as fatal and chronic too, so you can go either way. I'm fine with major character death, though I'd rather it happen at the end of the fic and not at the beginning, where character A just mourns character B. (For art, of course, a character death-focused work is okay.) I'm also okay here with unrequited love, if you wanna chose that way, though I really like the idea of A hiding their illness from B, while they both pine for each other, and the progress of hanahaki forcing them to reveal their feelings.

● I'm okay with any POV: outsider POV about the characters, 1st person, 2nd person, anything experimental! I love non-linear story telling too!

● I like epistolary fic, interactive fiction, choose your own adventure
● For comic/art: I really don't have any specific art DNWs, I'm not choosy about style, color, anything. For anything visual if you go with my setting AU likes, I love the redesigns of my favs looks/costumes to fit into my requested AUs, for soulmate AUs, I like the soul mark designs (whatever you come up with) and red string of fate. I'm also really into horror, body horror, blood and gore, so you don't need to hold back. :) For random cute ship idea: I really like to see my favs wearing each other's clothes.

AU Likes: soulmate AU ● apocalypse/dystopia AU ● Mass Effect fusion ● role reversal AU

For Soulmate AUs: I’m more into the canon setting (and canon first meeting/character backstories) here with the added world-building of soulmates. I like the sappy, fluffy soulmates with misunderstanding and pining, but I equally enjoy if my ships are not soulmates but make it work. Or in the case of poly ships, there are multiple soulmates. I enjoy seeing how people relate to the idea of soulmates – do they hate it? Secretly crave it? I don’t necessarily need soulmates to be happy.

I like any kind of soulmate marks (name/first-last spoken words written on skin, some kind of tattoo, seeing colors the first time when you meet your soulmate) but I also like soul bounds: soulmates sharing injuries, feeling each other's pain or pleasure, or some kind of emotional, telepathic bond.

For Mass Effect AUs: Here I love the world-building, the different planets, the colonies, and the tension between species. I’m interested in what you think about who would be which species in a Mass Effect setting.

For Apocalypse/Dystiopian AUs: I generally like when an apocalypse happens with in-canon stuff (for the Marvel's Spider-Man the Devil's Breath gets out of hand or Phin's bomb has an even more dire consequence, for Marvel's GotG what would a world look like where the villain wins?), but go with your favorite tropes! I equally enjoy pandemic plots (it can be COVID-like, I don't mind it), zombies, aliens invading, anything. If it helps, some of my favorite apocalypse canons are: Revolution (tv series), Pure Trilogy by Julianna Baggott, The Age of Miracles by Karen Thompson Walker, and The Parable of the Sower by Octavia E. Butler. I love to see how society and the characters deal with the imminent threat of the world ending, how they restructure society, build up myths and urban legends about the old world, and I like morally gray decisions and fighting for survival.

Smut: explicit sexual content is not expected, I'm okay with fade to black, but if you wanna include some spicy scenes, here are some of my favorite tropes:

blood play ● knife play ● clothed sex ● wall sex ● shared dream sex ● public sex/voyeurism ● xeno stuff ● tentacles ● phone sex ● oral sex ● vaginal fingering ● bondage ● sex pollen ● quiet sex ● creative use of superpowers/magic (webs in anything Spider-Man related, magic, mind-reading in my other fandoms)

I'm okay with/Opt-Ins:

✔️
darkfic - any mental illness, any trauma, any dark topic you can think of is fine by me. :) Off the top of my head: suicide, necrophilia, depression, war, war crimes, dehumanization, torture

✔️
major character death - yes, you can kill one (or both) half of my ship but I'd like to have some emotional resolution or feelings realization before the death scene, so the whole fic is not just character A mourning character B

✔️
rape/dub-con - even between my requested ship, if it's a wholesome ship then sex pollen or villain makes them do it is also okay

✔️
graphic violence and gore - anything goes, really! permanent mutilation, dismemberment, decapitation, flaying, vivisection, eye trauma, cannibalism, characters forced into cannibalism, super-powers/healing powers prolonging torture

✔️
bittersweet/unhappy endings - I'm fine with my ship not getting together, or the story ending on a downer note but I'd rather have the romantic feelings reciprocated and confessed (exception here is hanahaki, see the notes on hanahaki).

DNW:

❌ infidelity between the requested ship or as a way of my ship getting together. I'd prefer the canon ships broken up, hand waved away or an AU where the canon ship just never got together

❌ pregnancy and miscarriage in the background or mentioning in passing is okay but not as the main focus of the fic (for example, my ship can talk about having a kid in the future, but I wouldn't like a fic where someone gets pregnant and it's the main focus of the whole fic. Miscarriage is fine to reference, for example, if a background OC for a case fic had had a miscarriage, but I'd rather not see any in depth description of it, or it happening on screen.)

❌ all human/mundane/no power AUs (high school, coffee shop, etc.), omegaverse

comments

I love non-linear story telling too!

● I like epistolary fic, interactive fiction, choose your own adventure
● For comic: I really don't have any specific art DNWs, I'm not choosy about style, color, anything.

I like any kind of soulmate marks (name/first-last spoken words written on skin, some kind of tattoo, seeing colors the first time when you meet your soulmate) but I also like soulbounds: soulmates sharing injuries, feeling each other's pain or pleasure, or some kind of emotional, telepathic bond.

For Mass Effect AUs: Here I love the world-building, the different planets, the colonies, and the tension between species. I’m interested in what you think about who would be which species in a Mass Effect setting.

For Apocalypse AUs: I generally like when an apocalypse happens with in-canon stuff (for the Marvel's Spider-Man the Devil's Breath gets out of hand or Phin's bomb has an even more dire consequence, for Marvel's GotG what would a world look like where the villain wins?), but go with your favorite tropes!

Smut: explicit sexual content is not expected, I'm okay with fade to black, but if you wanna include some spicy scenes, here are some of my favorite tropes:

blood play ● knife play ● clothed sex ● wall sex ● shared dream sex ● public sex/voyeurism ● xeno stuff ● tentacles ● phone sex ● oral sex ● vaginal fingering ● bondage ● sex pollen ● quiet sex

Optional Prompts/Fandom-Specific DNWs:

Miles/Peter - Marvel's Spider-Man:

● Mentoring but with mutual pining and sexual tension

● An AU where Miles discovers Peter is Spider-Man way later, hence some identity porn ensues. Maybe Miles doesn't get his spider-power so early? Or there is some other reason he doesn't show his powers to Pete. I'm a sucker for the two-person love triangle, so with four identities, there are so many ways they can interact. ;_;

● going undercover as a couple so many times, they catch feelings

DNW:
❌ if anything sexual happens, Miles being under 18.

Micheal/Eleanor - The Good Place:

I think this is my only ship that can work as a dark, forked up ship and a healthy, fluffy one. I'm happy with both versions, whatever floats your boat!
● if you wanna go with a darker, manipulative version, I'm interested in seeing a reboot where Michael plays Eleanor's soulmate. Or anything with the reboots, really. (Bonus if soulmates turns out to be real, see my soulmate AU likes.)
● I take anything from the start of season 3 where Eleanor is human again, and Michael is trying to help her. Maybe accidentally or manipulatively gets in a relationship with her?
● for anything fluffier and healthier, I'd like to see them in season 4 with the new experiment, being co-architects.

Fem!Shep/Jack, Fem!Shep/Garrus, Fem!Shep/Thane, Fem!Shep/Garrus/Thane, EDI/Fem!Shep, Fem!Shep/Mordin - Mass Effect:

I'm preferring paragon Shep, and the Control or maybe the Refusal ending if you wanna write something post-canon, but I'm okay with anything set during the canon timeline. For Thane and Mordin, I'd rather have them alive in a post-canon setting (somehow they survived!) but if you feel you'd rather follow the canonical storyline and build a relationship there, I'm also okay with that.

Optional Prompts:

● they retire after the ending and try to get back to a normal life, dealing with trauma. (Could be pure fluff or bittersweet, whichever you like most.)

● shenanigans on shore leave, like the Citadel DLC.
● if you go with the Control ending, I'm interested to see how AI Shepard behaves. I'm partial to the idea that she still retains a part of herself, even if her perspective changes. I'd be mostly interested to see her as someone akin to EDI. (With EDI/Fem!Shep I could see EDI helping her to get her bearings as an AI, as much as an AI needs that.)
● if you go with the Refusal ending, I'm interested to see the happier (they somehow still defeats the Reaper and they retire and they deal with PTSD and such) version or you can go full-on apocalyptic, but our heroes are still fighting.

Hypnos/Zagreus - Hades:

● what if always being resurrected is not without consequences? How does Zagreus deal with the trauma or maybe some lingering pain? Maybe Hypnos helps?

Aloy/Erend/Varl, Aloy/Alva, Aloy/Kotallo, Aloy/Avad, Aloy/Nil - Horizon: Zero Dawn:

● Aloy/Nil: an AU where Nil joins the team during Horizon: Forbidden West.
● obvioulsy not for a full fic, but for a few scenes, I'd really like to see: GAIA doesn't dissuade Erend, and they do manage to throw a surprise birthday party for Aloy.

● Your choice of the gang tries different courtship customs from the Old World to woo Aloy, bonus if they misinterpret them (like with the stuffed animals.)

(Note: I ship Aloy with literally everyone, so if you wanna go and make it a happy poly arrangement, I'm in.)

Cat & B-12 - Stray:

● B-12 getting a new body and helping our cat to get back to their family.

● B-12 adopting the herd of cats, exploring the world, finding other human ruins.

Alex/Ryan/Steph - Life is Strange: True Colors:

● Alex chooses both of them at the Spring Festival, then later on they have to deal with Jed's betrayal. Note: in my playthrough Ryan didn't side with Alex at the council meeting but later on Alex forgave him. I'd really like to see the tension and dealing with this (Ryan's guilt, Steph's indignation) later on.

● they play lovers or a full on poly love story in a LARP game over different sessions, maybe it starts out as a joke and turns into something more

Nikki/Peter, Nikki & Peter - Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy:

● The Peter/Nikki dynamic just hit my mentor/protege buttons (and I blame the actor being 21 years old that I started to ship them :D) - here I'd prefer something aged up for the romantic version (Nikki being at least 18 years old).

comments

Dear Creator,

Note: I have a minor surgery scheduled right around reveals. I hope it won't take me a long while to comment, but I might be late a week. Sorry!

First of all, thank you for writing me! I list my likes and optional prompts, but if nothing catches your fancy, go wild!

As for rating I would prefer T and up, I'm okay with explicit fic (both for violence and sexual content), though explicit content is not expected. :)

As I'm only requesting shipfics I'd like to specify that I really enjoy the get together, mutual pining, first time, feelings realization part. I enjoy awkward declarations of love or when they have to acknowledge their feelings in an action-y scene when they can't deal with the emotions right away, or when forced by the villains or some other plot device to confess love.

General Likes:

hurt/comfort
angst
darkfic
casefic
slow burns
crossover and fusion with any of my requested fandoms
epistolary fic
interactive fiction/choose your own adventure
experimental formats (yes, this means second person POV too!)

Rambling Note for More Details: Generally I like things on the darker side, so if you've ever wanted to write a deconstruction or a darker and edgier version of canon, or exploring the darker implications of some world-building, or go deeper into character's past trauma that canon glosses over, here is your chance! Anything dealing with gray morality is also great. I'm fine with major character death, rape, graphic violence, bittersweet/unhappy endings - this includes killing half of my ship, but in this case, I would prefer if they die at the end, not in the middle of the fic while the other mourns them. Rape is also okay between my requested ships where it's an enemy or fucked up ship.

On the lighter side, I like mutual pining, slow burn, bickering & bantering, trope-y ship fic, something on the lighter side of hurt/comfort, with lots of comfort.

Alternate Universe Likes:

Basically in every fandom I asked for three things: Soulmate AU, (Post-)Apocalypse AU and Fairy Tales AU. I usually like my AUs grounded somewhat in canon where the base of the world-building and the character's relationship is the same as in canon. For example a Post-Apocalypse AU would have the same magic system for my fantasy canons, just something happens that brings about the end of the world, a soulmate AU would have the same setting (be it historical, sci-fi or fantasy) and the same story happened as in canon (so the characters met the same ways) just the world has the soulmate marks, and diverges from there. But if you find these specifics too constricting, go nuts! These are just optional details. :)

For Soulmate AUs I like:

Soulmate-Identifying Marks - and how society reacts to knowing your soulmate.

Any kind of soulmate world-building - do you have more soulmates if your current soulmate dies? Is there anyone rejecting soulmates?

Soulmates doesn't necessary mean happy ending, maybe just some fucked up codependency.

Any kind of telepathic bond.

Feeling each other's pain, getting the same injuries scars.

Sharing dreams, seeing each other's memories.

For Post-Apocalypse/Apocalypse AU:

I like to see how any given canon get so fucked it goes into an apocalypse (for example the heroes fail to save the world from a canon threat) or how people after such a devastating event reorganize their society.

Post-apocalypse world-building.

Fighting for survival.

For Fairy Tale AU: I'm just a sucker for any fairy tale retelling! I'm partial to Beauty and the Beast, but I'd like to read fairy tales and folklore from any culture.

For Armstrong's book, Cursed Luck, I requested "cursed with immortality" - as in I'd like to see our main characters become gods or the equivalent of it - be it after the events of the first book, a kinda canon divergence AU, or they were already immortals.

Trope Likes:

amnesia/temporary memory loss
cooking/comfort food/all the food descriptions
cuddling
curses
dancing
dreams/shared dreams
enemies working together, enemies to friends to lovers
fairy tale elements, fairy tale retellings
fake/pretend dating
family of choice/found family
feelings realization
first dates
flirting
food
forbidden love
getting together
ghosts
holding hands
huddling for warmth
identity porn
hugs
love confessions
love letters
magical realism
massage
murder mystery
mythological creatures &
Obviously, I already screwed up my resolution and I skipped a week, but due to being sick and the first week at work being extra hard, I'm giving myself a bit of leeway.

Word count: 4115 - but it's only book reviews and posts for my blog.
First of all, thank you for creating something for me. :) In general, I like dark fics (so go wild, if it's your cup of tea, give me all the hurt/comfort, whump and angst), but I like humor and happy fics as well. :) Every rating is fine, I like character/relationship studies, plotty fic, PWP all the same. For the ship fics, I'd prefer first times instead of established relationships, I'm usually interested in how the characters get together (even in PWP I'd prefer first time) or how they realize their feelings for the others. If you feel up to it, you could always write fic with a Valentine's Day theme.

I'm totally okay with character death, suicide, deathfic, bittersweet or unhappy endings, rape, brainwashing, torture and violence in any of my fandoms.

action scene (monster killing, catching bad guys together)

hand holding

feeding each other (romantic picnic?)

forced bed sharing

huddling for warmth

A pins B to a wall

longing gazes

wound treating, lingering touches

if there's a tie involved: A grabbing B by the tie and pulling B to them

If you have any kind of question, I turned anonymous commenting on. :)

iZombie:

Ravi Chakrabarti/Liv Moore & Clive Babineaux/Liv Moore & Clive Babineaux/Ravi Chakrabarti/Liv Moore: I just love this crime solving trio, and though I enjoy the canon immensely, the core thing for me is the three of them and their dynamic. Any casefic would be welcome, undercover as a couple (though we already had some sort of this on the show), and if you write Clive, I'd like to see how he finds out about Liv being a zombie.

Blaine DeBeers/Liv Moore: Enemies forced to work together, I'd be interested in some kind of redemption for Blaine or just for Liv to see something good in him.

Stitchers:

Kirsten Clark/Cameron Goodkin/Quincy Fisher & Kirsten Clark/Cameron Goodkin: Yet another crime solving trio! Any kind of casefic, undercover as a couple trope would be welcome. Or something dealing with how Cameron was ready to sacrifice his life for Kirsten and Fisher for Cameron - Kirsten dealing with the aftermath of her stitch into Cameron, what would be the emotional residue be like?

Kirsten Clark/Camille Engelson: I just love how both of them are emotionally stunted, yet they're bonding and have a true friendship. Kirsten dealing with her emotions (maybe a stitch affecting her), mutual pining, casefic, the girls sciencing together - or outsciencing the guys - are welcome. Or you could write something about Camille's POV, how she sees Kirsten, what it was like to have Kirsten as a roommate and having to report to Maggie. Or Camille trying to make up for that time, apologizing to Kirsten with some kind of gesture, lik

Alias:

Sydney Bristow/Julian Sark: They were my very first ship (besides my HP ones), and oh, God, I still love them after all this time. I love that Sark is a bit of obsessive about Sydney, and I like that Sydney is relentlessly still a good person no matter what happens to her - I think kinda that's one of the thing Sark likes about her. My favorite was season 3, where Sydney doesn't remember what happened to her, so you can write about Sydney having to work together with Sark to uncover that mystery. If you want you can write about Sydney having to work together with Sark while undercover in the Covenant. Or a bit earlier when Sark joins SD-6. Darker tones, brainwashed Sydney are okay, as are redemption (or half-redemption :)) for Sark.

Note: I don't like cheating, so I'd prefer the fic set where Vaugh and Sydney aren't together.

The Flash (TV 2014):

Note: For any ship with Barry, a Groundhog day/time loop story is absolutely welcome, where he has to try to save the other one. And because I don't like infidelity, I'd like if a fit is set where Patty and Barry aren't together or broke up.

Barry Allen/Eddie Thawne: Though I hated how the show handled the whole Iris romance plot line, I liked that Eddie and Barry had a kind of camaraderie, even though they're supposed to be 'rivals.' So any AU fic where Eddie didn't die is welcome, or a canon divergent AU set in s1.

Eobard Thawne/Barry Allen: I totally like this ship as a dirtybadwrong ship with all the obsessiveness and/or grooming on Eobard's part, so anything how Eobard manipulates Barry is welcome. Or if it's your cup of tea, you can make some kind of redemption for Eobard.

Barry Allen/Caitlin Snow: I loved that at the beginning, Barry was the one who helped Caitlin dealing with her grief and cajoled her out of her lonely shell, so quiet, feelings sharing scenes between them would be lovely. Also, I'm a sucker for wound treating, so any h/c where Caitlin is treating Barry's wound or berating him for being reckless is most welcome.

Barry Allen/Leonard Snart: I like how even Leonard hasn't got any meta-power, he's a worthy enemy/rival/nemesis(?) of Barry, using only his wit. I like how he finds Barry's weaknesses and how he pushes Barry, but also deep down, Leonard has some good in him, and Barry always sees the best in people. So I'd like anything with them having to work together, putting aside their differences, Leonard being an unlikely hero.

Cisco Ramon/Hartley Rathaway: I loved their rivalry, so anything detailing their time back then in the laboratory, while working for Wells would be welcome. Or they have to work together, catching some meta.

Lisa Snart/Caitlin Snow: All the enemy ships! Though I don't see the Snart siblings as, well, that bad people

Lisa Snart & Leonard Snart: What did their childhood look like? Their first heist together? The siblings enjoying themselves while frustrating the heroes of Central City or some situation where they became the unlikely heroes.

Quantico (TV)
For me, Alex is the heart of the show, she's just the kind of protagonist I always fall in love: stubborn, caring, kind, always tries to do the right thing and keeps the others together - kind of a natural leader type. As for fic, for each of these ships I'm okay with fic set in the future, investigating or at the Academy, I'm a sucker for the training story line, so any kind of exercise that forces them into close proximity is welcome - shared bed, undercover as a couple, trapped together somewhere.

Alex Parrish/Shelby Wyatt

Alex Parrish/Simon Asher

Alex Parrish/Liam O'Connor: We know - or at least Miranda hinted as much - that Liam has feelings for Alex, so maybe a fic about how he falls in love with her at the Academy. Or Alex helping and taking care of Liam, be it on a mission and him being wounded or just helping with this guilt-induced alcohol binge.

Once Upon a Time (TV)

Aurora/Mulan: I'm still bitter where the show left these two, so any kind of fix-it would be welcome. An AU where they don't find Philip or Mulan tells her feelings to Aurora and they manage some kind of V relationship with Philip (or Aurora breaks off with Philip, I don't mind either, but no infidelity, please). Or Mulan finds herself in Storybrooke and reunites with Aurora there.

Mulan/Red Riding Hood | Ruby: Some kind of road trip? I like the idea of the two of them finding themselves on an adventure together.

Merlin | The Sorcerer/Emma Swan: I loved their kind of mentor/student dynamic and how Merlin seemed to understand and trust Emma. A fix-it where Merlin didn't die Death doesn't seem to stick on this show anyway) and helped Emma with her magic, fighting the darkness inside herself? Or they find Merlin in the Underworld and adventure ensues.

Gotham (TV)
I just love how Jim seems to be a catnip for villains! Anyway, I like the tone of the show - how campy and over-the-top is - and its morbid/dark humor, so anything in the vein of it would be awesome. New dramatic and over-the-top villain comes to town and sets his sight on Jim and the others feel jealous. Or the three or two of them has to work together on a case. Jim asks for a favor from Oswald and in exchange Oswald just asks Jim out for dinner or simply to accompany him somewhere.

As for Nygma, I like his new-found mentor/student relationship with Oswald, and also I liked how Jim was the only one who really appreciated his work at the GCPD, so I can see him imprinting on Jim, maybe leaving riddles for him?

With these ships, I don't mind either mostly lighthearted fluff (with blood and murder of course) or emotional manipulation, and utterly dark and twisted stuff.

Oswald Cobblepot/Jim Gordon/Edward Nygma

Oswald Cobblepot/Jim Gordon

The Librarians (TV 2014)

Cassandra Cillian/Ezekiel Jones/Jake Stone and Cassandra Cillian/Ezekiel Jones/Jake Stone/Eve Baird: I like the campiness of the show, it's one of my feelgood/comfort canon, also I adore found families, and basically ship everyone/everyone. Any kind of magical misadventure, love spell, truth spell would be welcome or just simple slice-of-life. Also, if you mention the Point of Salvation, I'd love if Ezekiel remembered everything - so you can explore how the others find this out.

Supergirl (TV 2015)

Kara Danvers/Maxwell Lord: I think this ship sold me the whole TV show at first, I love their dynamic, how they're opposites, but they still want the same: to help people. I'd like to see them resolving their differences, preferably Kara interacting with Max both as Kara (investigating after him?) and Supergirl. All the identity porn possibilities!

Jessica Jones (TV)

Jessica Jones/Kilgrave and Jessica Jones & Kilgrave: Due to my love for everything dark and twisted (and mind control! obsessiveness! mind games!), this relationship is right up my alley. Any kind of interaction is welcome here: tidbits from their time together from Jessica's or Kilgrave's POV, an AU version of episode 8, where Jessice decides to stay and tries to manage their weird superhero team (it's up to you if it's working or not).

comments

So, yeah, I think I should start writing these, because I need some accountability, so I decided to try this. Thanks for hithelleth for this idea. Soooo...

Weekly word count: 646 - and not even on the same project. *sigh* But I'm still kind of pleased? Due to my depression being a bitch in the holiday season (and due to my dick father), I think it's a miracle that I started to write again.

What I'm working on: The Sleepy Hollow Nick/Ichabod longfic and something for fandom stocking.

Thoughts, notes, etc: I decided to write a longfic to practice plotting and pacing, because it was four-five years since I've finished my first draft, and since then I'm just wallowing in my depression and being lazy. Of course, I have a couple of ideas for original novels, and I started a few for NaNoWriMos in the past, but they just never get through the first 10 K, which is partly because I didn't flesh out the characters beforehand and I just can't write without fully (or at least almost fully) formed characters. Hence the fanfic...

I chose the Sleepy Hollow fandom because I'm not really on tumblr - they are toxic cesspit anyway - and I'm doing a rare pair (a 'problematic rare pair at that' - yeah I lied, I peeked at tumblr, and why, self, why?), so there's not much pressure. And I like the fantasy monster of the week theme, so I can maybe manage to finish this. I'm not really fannish about season 3, so I set the fic in the near future and I'm totally ignoring canon, so my impulsiveness and wanting to fit every canon detail into the fic shouldn't be an issue. And yet, today, I woke up and just wanted to discard the whole outline, because, you know, the usual self-doubt. Anyway, I'm marching on with this one.

Partly, the situation is the same with the fandom stocking fic, because urgh, why I want to squeeze even a minuscule plot into this fluffy ship fic is beyond me. So I'm stuck with plotting the crime solving thing - and how not to write something like serial killers or a downer kidnapping case for the holidays for someone. What is a good crime thing that doesn't involve a lot of sad? Robbery or what?

comments

But please try to watch out for my trigger and dislikes. Despite my long letter, I'm not picky or hard to please. :) And don't worry about what we're matched on, I chose my ships carefully, I love every one of them. I'm not partial to fics either, despite my art prompts being just general prompts and not ship specific, I love fanart! :) I'm angelette
So, uhm, I've just started (re-started, really) my Rare Pair Fest assignment, and it bit my muse in the ass. I have a fantastic urge to just write. I don't really remember when I've felt something like this. So yay! \o/

I realized it's okay that I don't get anywhere with my original projects, they are too vague and underdeveloped, especially my characters, and I won't rush it. I know a few of my narrative kinks I like and what I love in romance plot lines, but everything I try to stick together falls apart. I think I'm really rusty, it was four years ago since I finished a novel... And since then, I changed, not just me, but my likes/dislikes and my writing - hopefully for the better. So I think practicing with fanfic is a good way to go, so here are some writing resolutions again:

I'm gonna try to write three one shots per month with the help of genprompt bingo.

I'm working on one iZombie fic which is almost done and it's barely 1000 words, but I just stuck at the most important scene, so go me! I can write it, even if it's not something big and fancy.

I'm gonna write all of my ideas for my new favorite ships -> Expect some Stitchers fanfic in the future. (As of now I started two fics of the never-ending list of ideas, god forbid, I do anything on a moderate level.)

My Rare Pair Fest assignment is first priority, of course. I'm so loving it!

And because of one lovely reader, I got inspired to continue my Sleepy Hollow longfic, so there's that. Maybe I'll sign up with it for the Id minibang, we'll see.

I want to write some longfic for NaNoWriMo in November, as of now, it's probably gonna be some Stitchers fanfic, celebrating the renewal of the show, but we'll see what the new seasons and new shows inspire. I'm gonna watch a load of TV shows.

comments

Dear Author/Artist,

First of all, thank you for writing fic/making art for me!

I'll list my likes and dislikes and try to write specific prompts, but don't feel pressured to write/make anything if it's just not your style or my prompts don't inspire you. :) I'm <a
I'm back after a big hiatus. Yep, my life just got "better." After months of unidentified pain, the doctors still don't know shit, and the hospitals are a joke. (I got some infection in one of them right after I get better... that's how well our health system is working. Yay for hygiene, right?) Anyway, I'm so tired and in pain all the time, and I don't know... I want to write, obviously, but in fanfic terms I'm done. I don't know I always want to write something long and then when I'm there, I lose my enthusiasm, see: Agents of SHIELD. (I blame that my ships didn't get enough screen time but still... Why do I always lose inspiration when I have a detailed outline? :D)

Right now I've fallen in love with the Stitchers, which I know is so cheesy and unrealistic and the show itself doesn't know what it wants to be, but god, the shipping feels found me. So who knows, if it lasts long enough (and it remains this kind of cheesy) maybe I write fanfic in that fandom. But right now my main focus is writing my original fic. Funny, the Stitchers actually helped me, kinda freed me from the pressure I always feel to write something that appeals to others, when really, I don't need to write something profound and I can just have some fun. So I pour all my shipping feelings into my writing, creating some ship I really would want to see on screen or on the pages.

So onward to the poly, OT3 madness! (And I'm refusing to go to hospital in July, really, I need to write. Fuck the health system.)

comments

It's funny that being sick could motivate me. I mean, I had always problems with putting aside my inner editor and just write, but now I think I kind of reevaluated everything in my life and though I'm still pretty depressed (but I'm so hoping I could start my treatment someday soon!), I kinda want to be positive and do productive things: which is writing.

I scrapped my Agents of SHIELD fic, but I figured out what was wrong with it: I started it before s2 and I have to rework a "few" scene, so now I'm outlining hard... and I get the feeling it will be much longer than expected. (But who am I kidding? I always write much longer stories than I want to.) The other thing is I haven't fangirled in a while, but I watched a few fanvids and yeah, I still like this ship I'm writing for, even if canon sunk it. By that I mean there aren't any scenes between Ward, Simmons and Fitz... but I'm still not giving up, and yes, I want to be accountable for it, so that's why I'm writing about in public. I need my cheerleaders. :D (And ha-ha, this fic is so long over due.)

And I've signed up for Ship Swap, and it seems the fic exchange gods love me, because my bad luck with recips* seems to have ended. I got someone who seems to be a lovely person and I already saved their letter to treat. :) I'm outlining fics for them already, but I need to rewatch the canons. I'm so nervous, I don't want to disappoint them and yes, I know this anxiety is what kills my muse, so positive thoughts!

* I don't always get the non-commenter/defaulters, but I had my fair share.

But the main point of this post, I need some writing resolutions! So here they are:

to write that Agents of SHIELD threesome fic already. Possibly before SHIELD returns, but that would be a miracle, so I settle for April. (which means 6000 words per week?)

to write a long-ish fic for the April CampNano - possibilities are: a threesome/foursome Agent Carter fic (Daniel/Jarvis/Jack/Peggy) or threesome Sleepy Hollow fic (Nick/Ichabod/Abbie)

to write a long-ish fic for the July CampNano - possibilities are endless (Constantine, Arrow, OUAT?)

to write a long-ish fic for NaNoWrimo

to write my poor original novel... and find an editor.

to write at least two treats for Ship Swap.

how about that first sex scene I'm not running away from screaming?

to write 100 k words, that should be enough of a challenge

comments

Dear Author/Artist,

First of all, thank you for writing fic/making art for me, I know whatever you do it’ll be awesome. I’ll ramble on about what I like and dislike, but don’t feel pressured to write/make anything, if none of my prompts do anything for you, then write/make what you like, but please try to watch out for my squicks. If you have an idea you've been wanting to write for a long time, then go for it, write your dream fic! :) I chose ships I adore to bits, so don't worry about what we're matched on, I'm going to be excited and happy either way. :) The length I'm writing about my ships has nothing to do with how much I love them. And speaking of length, this letter might be long and a bit detailed, but don't worry about that either, nothing here is set into stone, they're just a general idea of what I like, and I toss out any info I might find helpful in a letter, but don't think I'm picky or hard to please. :)

comments
