wth fandom?

I'd like to think of myself as the very obsessed fangirl type. You know, making fandom T-shirts, refusing to wear anything else, and even do cosplay, writing fic, constantly gushing about favorite ships, searching pictures of favorite actors, watching their old movies. You know, the whole package. I even write fanmails (though I've sent only one) and want a lots of fandom tattoo. A lot of people see me as, well, a crazy fangirl, but I like this, sometimes it's the only thing that keeps me alive.

I never really understood why they said all those awful things about the SPN fandom. And then I've read this. It's... just... I can't. I'm a GLBT person, and yeah ship wincest and destiel on a moderate level, but come on, separating reality and fiction is not that hard. Also, how does everyone know they're gay? I mean most people don't even guess about me, people who know me and see me every day. And outing someone with force? How is that a good thing? I don't understand people...
